The King Alfred Development, right on the famous Brighton beach on the South Coast of England, includes a collection of four residential towers reaching up to 120m in height.

They are joined at ground level by a podium that spans the space between them and will contain the leisure centre.

The two towers lying in the centre of a development and are flanked on all sides by a series of angular multicolored blocks totaling ten buildings and will - together with the towers -contain 700 apartments.

Gerhard W. Mayer was a senior architect on the project.
